SOFTNESS and much more
Surely softness is more than often an expected property, but it is also rarely the only one!
From this idea, results the concept that leads to build the TEFABLOC™ TPE series for injection.

All solutions are compatible with PP and PE for multi-material designed parts
2K, MULTI-MATERIAL CONCEPTS
TEFABLOC™ TPEs may be molded on most rigid thermoplastics with chemical compatibility. This functionality provide design freedom with the benefit of simpler tooling and less material consumption when mechanical anchors are not necessary.
In addition to the above mentioned table, all PE/PP compatible, TEFABLOC™ TPE injection series include specific grades for engineering polymers overmolding.

What's DURABIO?
DURABIO engineering polymer is a new generation of material offering a set of properties that no other plastic has simultaneously: Exceptional optical quality, impact resistance, UV resistance and an outstanding surface hardness, which makes DURABIO a solution when parts may be exposed to severe conditions. It also offers a low environmental footprint, considering the natural origin of its constituents.
Values only describe typical properties and may not be considered as specifications.
