TREXPRENE™ for INJECTION MOLDING
MCPP’s TREXPRENE™ series of Vulcanized PP/EPDM based Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE) are Heat and UV stabilized, in hardness levels from 45 Shore A to 50 Shore D.
Injection molding grades of TREXPRENE™ process easily due to high flow rates and still maintain excellent physical properties such as weatherability, impact strength, compression set, chemical resistance, high and low temperature performance.
TREXPRENE™ is available in Black, Natural and custom matched pre-colored form for interior, exterior and under the hood applications. Both standard and high flow versions are readily available.
TREXPRENE™ is widely used in multi shot or 2K applications. TREXPRENE™ will bond to olefin materials well such as PP, TPO, and PE.
