TREXPRENE™ Injection Molding

TREXPRENE™ Injection Molding

Vulcanized PP/EPDM based Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPV) - Injection Molding

TREXPRENE™ for INJECTION MOLDING

MCPP’s TREXPRENE series of Vulcanized PP/EPDM based Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE) are Heat and UV stabilized, in hardness levels from 45 Shore A to 50 Shore D.

Injection molding grades of TREXPRENE process easily due to high flow rates and still maintain excellent physical properties such as weatherability, impact strength, compression set, chemical resistance, high and low temperature performance.

TREXPRENE is available in Black, Natural and custom matched pre-colored form for interior, exterior and under the hood applications. Both standard and high flow versions are readily available.

TREXPRENE is widely used in multi shot or 2K applications. TREXPRENE™  will bond to olefin materials well such as PP, TPO, and PE.
