TEFABLOC™

TEFABLOC™

Versatile family of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE). Suitable for most environments and plastic converting processes.

TECHNOLOGIES

TEFABLOC™ incorporates several technologies including TPE-S, TPO, TPE-E, as well as the newly developed non-food bio based TPU. Its many possible properties can also be boosted in process by reactor or dynamic cross-linking. A well-matched combination of features will satisfy even your most demanding application specifications.

STANDARD to TAILOR MADE SOLUTIONS

  • Standard series
  • Customized grades
  • Homologated from official bodies as well as with OEMs approvals

LOWER CARBON FOOTPRINT

TEFABLOC™ includes non-food bio-sourced solutions, and is also proposed including up to 70% PIR/PCR (post industrial recycling / post consumer recycling).

EXTENSIVE DESIGN POSSIBILITIES

TEFABLOC™ offers chemical compatibility with many polymers including ABS, SAN, ASA, PC, PS, PP, PE, PCTA, PCTG, PET, PBT, PMMA, SMMA, DURABIO™, PA6, PA6.6, EPDM rubber.

(DURABIO™ is high clarity bio-sourced engineering polymer available from MCPP)
